But I came to an open house that they were having (invite from a friend) and was there and decided to finally just make the appointment for the permanent eyeliner. Very happy I did! Rachel was very thorough with explaining everything. Very knowledgeable of what she does! I wasn't sure what to expect especially in the sensitive eye area!
